If full payment has not been received within 14 days, your deposit will be refunded and the piano will no longer be reserved. A Steinway Sales Manager will contact you to finalize the payment and arrange for delivery. Final payment for pianos can be made by check, wire transfer, financing, or ACH only; pianos cannot be paid in full by credit card.
